Why is Roochii Movers so awesome ?
We mean business
We are DOT licensed, meaning we are serious about business: driver front/rear 24/7 dash cam, electronic logging device (ELD), medical driver cards, driving certificates, etc.
How is pricing explained upfront ?
Based on listed items, distance, and assembly/disassembly, our fancy algorithm will calculate the estimated time of completion, thus issuing over all cost.
Included in the costs is estimated boxes and supplies.

How to purchase Roochii Movers' services ?
Fill out our quoting form and one of our super friendly staff will schedule an appointment for your personal virtual tour.
After careful analysis of said quoting form and virtual tour we will followup with an awesome quote the same day, or following, with an offer you will not be able to resist.
Are my belongings protected?
We care for your belongings as if they were ours:
We use pads and stretch wrap, hardwood floor runners, banister and railing covers, door jambs, carpet shields, and more.
We asses each movement ensuring proper fitment, make the proper adjustments (remove door, remover fridge door, disassemble furniture, whatever it takes), and execute.
Lastly, we offer partial and full coverage options in case above safety measures are pierced.
How am I billed?
We do what is right; rNa bills in 15 min increments, not hourly.
If actual hours is less than quoted, only actual hours are invoiced. If actual hours is greater than quoted, billable hours is capped at 15% over quote (we take the loss).
Billable hours begins at arrival of location – due to spiking diesel prices, small travel fee is applied.

How are premium packages scheduled?
Your project manager will first choose an appropriate date for the moving, followed by Move Out cleaning and carpet cleaning, for a seamless order of operations.
If Move In services are also requested, no worries on logistics, it’s what we’re here for.
